2. The service We provide software for internet service providers to manage billing, RADIUS, hotspot access, payments and support. Features may change over time.

3. Accounts You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.

4. Payments & trials Paid plans are billed in advance. Free trials convert to a paid plan unless cancelled before the trial ends. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

5. Acceptable use You must not use the service for anything unlawful, or attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer or gain unauthorised access to the platform or other tenants' data.

6. Your customers' data You remain responsible for your own subscribers' data and for complying with the laws that apply to you. We process it only to provide the service.

7. Availability We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service, and are not liable for losses arising from downtime, third-party gateways or network issues outside our control.

8. Termination We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms or fail to pay. You may cancel at any time from your account.

9. Changes We may update these terms; continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
